David T. Nguyen
David T. Nguyen is a creative thinker and passionate innovator who wants to change the world with great technology. He has nearly 20 years of experience transforming commercial, government, and non-profit enterprises. He formed United Solutions with the vision of helping people do extraordinary things with technology. He is determined to build a truly unique company that isn’t afraid to do the impossible. Today, his company is building technology to reinvent management, reimagine workforce, and rethink how business and government work together to create social impact.

David currently lives in Rockville, Maryland with his beautiful wife and three children. He loves Montgomery County and believes that it is the best place to raise a family and start a business. Consequently, he joined the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors to help make the County even better. He also serves on the Montgomery Business Development Corporation’s Small Business Committee and is actively involved with organizations including the Tech Council of Maryland, The Foundation Schools, and Montgomery Moving Forward.

David is a life learner and welcomes new challenges. He holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the George Mason University School of Law, a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees in Biochemistry, Physiology & Neurobiology and Computer Science from the University of Maryland. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Yum Yu Cheng, Esq.
Yum Yu Cheng is a Principal and Senior General Counsel at United Solutions. She oversees the development and growth of the federal consulting business as well as heads the legal group for the company. Prior to joining the company, she was a partner at a top regional commercial real estate and business law firm, where she practiced for about 15 years.

Yum Yu is currently or has served on several boards and committees of organizations, including the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association of Greater Washington; Conference Planning Committee of the Asian American Government Executives Network (AAGEN); Advisory Board, Management Committee, and Membership Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Washington District Council; Board of Directors and Programs Committee of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Maryland Chapter; and the Judicial Selections Committee of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association (APABA) Maryland Chapter. She has been involved in providing pro bono legal services through the Foreclosure Prevention Pro Bono Project, Homeless Persons Representation Project, and Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service Tax Clinic. In addition, she has been a guest lecturer at The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.

Yum Yu holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from the University of Maryland College of Behavioral and Social Sciences. She is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, DC Bar Association, and Montgomery County Bar Association. Whenever she can, she enjoys running with her entrepreneurial husband, baking with her 11-year old Cake Boss fan, watching her 8-year old equestrian compete in horse shows, and taking naps with her 4-year old superhero enthusiast.
Sanjay Parsi
Sanjay Parsi is an architect with a passion for commercializing breakthrough ideas.  He has over 18 years of experience building large scale mobile / enterprise systems for healthcare, customer relationship management, electronic commerce and electronic payment.  He holds a Master of Science (MS) with a focus in Software Systems from BITS , Pilani, India and Bachelor of Science (BS) with a focus in Computer Science from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
